I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the ghost tours were an engaging highlight, I was disappointed by the service and the overall maintenance of the facilities. The views from the property added charm, but the rooms felt quite dim and dated. Overall, the historical allure is overshadowed by some serious upkeep issues.

The room on the 4th floor was near the pizza place, making it quite noisy and the shared balcony was a bit awkward. The lack of a closet was frustrating, especially for the price we paid.

The service left much to be desired. The staff seemed overwhelmed by policies, which resulted in many frustrating 'no's. It felt unwelcoming and made our stay less enjoyable.

Location

The location has its charm atop a hill, providing beautiful views of the surrounding area, especially in fall. However, it also didn't feel worth the high price we paid.

Dining options were limited and not worth the money we spent, despite a few highlights like the Stuffed French Toast.
